About Us
 Full Steam Ahead is a small professional carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning business based in Presteigne, with many years experience in this industry. We are full members of the NCCA (links to NCCA).
The National Carpet Cleaners Association is the only independent UK trade body solely dedicated to the craft of carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Membership requirements involve completing an intensive training course at their headquarters in Leicester followed by a written examination.
 All members are required to provide a high quality service to their customers, summed up by the associations motto: "Service with Integrity". Only fully accredited members of the Association are eligible to use the NCCA name and logo, and thus able to extend to their customers the assurance this offers.
Our aim is to provide our customers a service that they are 100% satisfied with. Only in this way will we get customer referrals, which every business needs to survive. 60% of our business is generated through referrals, and we aim to continue increasing our business in this manner.
We offer both traditional Hot Water Extraction Cleaning and also Dry Cleaning to meet any requirement.
